Welcome to my new website/blog! My name is Gemma Page In this website I will be blogging about my experiences as a Childrens Yoga Instructor, the benefits I have seen for the children I teach, mindfulness practices and details about how you can join one of my classes locally.
I work with both anxious children and very energetic children both in school and out of school to help build confidence and notice their emotions to increase resilience and promote balance – both physically and emotionally! Anxiety in children can have a huge impact on the whole family in everyday life so increasing the mind-body connection has become important in helping the whole family overcome anxiety and stress.
