Come along to our small mum and baby yoga group on Monday mornings in Wroxham, Norfolk.
The class runs from 10.15AM – 11.30AM at the beautifully secluded Wroxham Hub and all mats & cushions are provided.
Postnatal Yoga is the perfect “first” exercise for you if you are a new mum. It’s low impact (no jumping or deep squatting!) and uses mindful movement and breathing to help heal and repair the abdominal area and pelvic floor. It’s important you pay close attention to the healing period after birth.
Baby Yoga & Massage has many therapeutic benefits helping your baby transition from womb to world. Coming along to baby yoga will help you and your baby bond and aid their development.

Having a supportive group of mums around you whilst you are transitioning to your new role and new baby is so important, you will connect with like-minded mums as you go through the course learning together – some of the mums I met during Baby Yoga I’m still good friends with many years later!
Our 5 week Mum & Baby courses are designed for babies aged 10 weeks+. We keep class numbers low so it’s not too overwhelmingly “peoply” when you are tired 😑 All equipment is provided, come as you are (even half asleep, messy bun and pj bottoms – you won’t be judged!) literally all you need to do is make it out the house! We even have refreshments at the end – protein ball anyone?
