Yoga for Mum
Postnatal Yoga is the perfect “first” exercise for you if you are a new mum. It’s low impact (no jumping or deep squatting!), uses mindful movement and breathing. Helping to heal and repair the abdominal area and pelvic floor. It’s important you pay close attention to the healing period after birth.
Yoga for Baby
Baby Yoga & Massage has many therapeutic benefits to help your baby transition from womb to world. Coming along to baby yoga will help you and your baby bond and aid their development.
Finding a supportive group of mums whilst you are transitioning to your new role and new baby is so important. To help you with this Baby Yoga connects you with like-minded mums as you will be going through the course learning together. The mums I met during Baby Yoga I’m still good friends with many, many years later!
Laid back – no experience necessary
Our Mum & Baby courses are designed for babies aged 10 weeks+. As we have found before this time babies generally sleep during most of the class. Class numbers are low so it’s not too overwhelmingly “peoply” when you are tired. So you can come as you are, all equipment is provided. Even if you are half asleep, messy bun going on and pj bottoms – you won’t be judged! All you need to do is make it out the house. We have hassle-free parking too! We even have refreshments at the end – protein ball anyone?
