Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased directly from us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance. We will then send you a returns form to complete and return with your items. You are responsible for return postage costs.
123 Yoga Tree will refund or exchange any product purchased directly from it’s online store providing products are in saleable condition and within 30 days or purchase (proof of purchase is required).
When returning products we advise you obtain a (free) Certificate of Posting. 123 Yoga Tree cannot responiblity for returned items that are lost/damaged in the post.
please note, due to the nature of the product if the product has been drawn on the item is deemed ‘not saleable’.

Returning or Exchanging Damaged or Faulty Products
123 Yoga Tree will exchange or replace any damaged or faulty products purchased directly from it’s online store at www.123yogatree.co.uk
If products are damaged or a manufacturing fault has been identified 123 Yoga Tree will pay for the products to be returned.

Products purchased from Third Parties
123 Yoga Tree will replace 123 Yoga Tree own brand products which have been purchased from third parties providing that they are an official 123 Yoga Tree stockistand a proof of purchase is provided.
If the products are damaged or a manufacturing fault has been identified 123 Yoga Tree will pay for the products to be returned.
If customers believe products to be faulty and are sending them back for inspection then the cost of this is to be met by you. If a manufacturing fault is identified then customers will be reimbursed for the cost of postage.
A refund can only be obtained from the original seller.
